Return / Refund Policy
1.1 Eligibility Window

Cooling-Off Period: You may cancel and request a full refund within 24 hours of payment or before the onboarding call—whichever comes first.

After Work Begins: Once the Growth Call, landing-page draft, or any deliverable is initiated, the order is considered “in production.”

Refunds switch to pro-rata (we deduct the value of completed milestones).
1.2 Non-Refundable Components

Custom domain fees, paid-ad budgets, or third-party app subscriptions purchased on your behalf.

Monthly plans (Samriddhi Pro, Vyavsay Utkarsh, Vijay Sarvottam) after 7 calendar days of service start, because resources are fully allocated.
1.3 How to Request

Email connect@moshinc.org with subject line “Refund – [Order id- Name] – Order #”.

Include purchase date, reason, and preferred payment mode for reversal.

Our team will acknowledge within 1 business day and resolve within 7 business days.
1.4 Mode & Timeline of Refund

Refunds are processed via the original payment method (UPI/Card/Net-banking).

Bank credit appears in 5-7 working days after approval (subject to gateway/issuer).

GST invoices will be revised and re-sent to reflect the adjusted value.
1.5 Exceptions

Force Majeure: Delays caused by events beyond our control (server outages, governmental restrictions) do not qualify for refunds but we will extend service duration equivalently.
Client Non-Co-operation: Failure to provide required content/assets within 14 days pauses the project; fees remain non-refundable, but we will resume on receipt of inputs.

All content on sudarshan-ai-labs.com (the “Site”) is offered “as-is” and “as-available.” We strive for accuracy but make no warranties, express or implied, about completeness, reliability, or suitability for any purpose. Using the Site, APIs, or deliverables is at your own risk. SAL, its founders, employees, or suppliers are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your reliance on, or inability to use, our services—except where Indian law specifically overrides this disclaimer.

2.2 Failed Delivery Resolution

If digital links are inaccessible for 24 hrs, notify support; we will re-upload or send expanded link permissions within 12 hrs.

WhatsApp/Email bounce caused by incorrect client address is the client’s responsibility—no refund, but we’ll resend once correct details are provided.
